Feeling 22

I am definitely so excited to turn 22 today! This past year of my life was incredible and the good overcame the bad! It was another year where I saw the provision, grace, and love of my God. I am extremely thankful for all the opportunities God granted me this year, all the friendships I have made and all those relationships I have also strengthened, last but not least all the closed doors that only opened up bigger doors.
Here’s a mini list of all the major events that happened in my “21” :

• Traveled solo to Monterrey, Mexico
• Moved to my apartment in San Marcos
• Traveled to NEW YORK! (what a dream come true)
• Learned to play the guitar
• Shadowed an ophthalmologist Dr in the OR
• Volunteered at HOPE AND LIFE 2015
• Recorded vocals once again in an album

Although this list is basically just like the best list ever, this coming year is going to be filled with many more memories, traveling, and serving others. This year is the year where I choose daily to say YES. to anything that the Lord tells me to do. This is the year where I don’t let the fear of failure, unknowns, and doubts rule my life.
Thank you God because you allowed me one more year of life, I pray I accomplish everything you have planned for me. Thank you for my family, my friends, and my church. I love you and  I hope I make you proud.
*** I just got a gift from my GOOD GOOD FATHER, God opened the doors and I have received a scholarship! My college balance has been paid and there’s even a credit! Ain’t He AWESOME?
